WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO FIGHT AT THE END?
What makes this challenge different to others is that after you've put the effort in for 8 weeks you have the opportunity to showcase your new skills to yourself and in front of your family and friends if you'd like to invite them. Although the majority of challengers do choose to fight it's optional and you don't need to decide until week 8.
